OUR SERVICES

We are a concierge physical therapy company, with a small dedicated staff, providing land based therapy as well as aquatic therapy to a diverse patient population. Your therapy will start with a face to face evaluation with your therapist in the comfort of your own home in order to establish your plan of care. Your therapist will then recommend land-based therapy, aquatic therapy, or possibly a combination of the two depending on your needs.

Follow-up visits will then be performed by your therapist in which you will be treated based upon your evaluative findings at home, work, or at local community swimming pools for the next several weeks. A re-evaluation will be performed as per insurance requirements to determine if further care is warranted. Your physician will be updated throughout your plan of care to keep them abreast of your progress in therapy.
